Emergency plumbing FAQ

Is your emergency line really 24/7?

Yes, including weekends and public holidays. If we miss your call, we call back within minutes. You can also WhatsApp us at the same time.

How much is an emergency call-out?

Between 10pm and 8am and on public holidays, the call-out is RM150 to RM250. Repair work is quoted on site, and you approve it before we start.

What should I do while waiting?

Turn off the main stop valve, switch off the water heater and any electrical sockets near the water, and move valuables away. Take photos for insurance if you can.

Can you help if the leak is from the unit above?

We can confirm the source and give you a written report and photos. The repair itself usually needs access to the upper unit, so involve your management office.
