For emergencies we aim to arrive within 60–90 min in most of the Klang Valley. Exact timing depends on where you are and traffic, and we will give you an honest estimate on the phone. Routine jobs are usually booked same day or next day.

Yes. We are based in Bangsar and cover Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Puchong, Ampang, Cheras, Kajang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

Most small repairs fall between RM80 and RM400. Our pricing page shows typical ranges for common jobs. Final pricing depends on inspection, parts and job complexity, and we always agree the price before starting.

Yes, for most jobs we can give a free estimate over WhatsApp if you send photos or a short video. For jobs that need a site visit, the inspection fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair.

Between 10pm and 8am and on public holidays, the call-out is RM150 to RM250. Repair work is quoted on site, and you approve it before we start.

Turn off the main stop valve, switch off the water heater and any electrical sockets near the water, and move valuables away. Take photos for insurance if you can.

We can confirm the source and give you a written report and photos. The repair itself usually needs access to the upper unit, so involve your management office.
