Membranes need a dry surface to cure, so we work around the weather. We schedule dry spells and can do emergency temporary sealing if water is coming in now.
Is a coat of waterproofing paint enough?
For hairline cracks on a sound surface it can help, but for slabs with ponding, joints or old failed coatings a proper membrane system lasts far longer. We recommend based on what we see.
How long does a roof waterproofing job last?
A correctly applied membrane typically lasts 7 to 10 years, depending on product, exposure and maintenance. We state the product and warranty terms in the quotation.
